Job Responsibilities：

1.Specification and development of manufacturing test systems including test program, test fixture to meet product test specification requirement and enable better outcomes at lower costs

规范和开发生产测试系统，包括测试程序，测试夹具，以满足产品测试规范要求，以更低的成本获得更好的结果

2.Product & Process specific testing validation/revalidation plan, implementation and approval according to planning and validation of processes

3.SCM test stations (system, equipment and fixture), test applications and product lifetime sustainment by find and fix, preventive maintenance actions and technical root cause investigation/analysis

SCM测试站(系统，设备和夹具)，测试应用和产品寿命维持，通过发现和修复，预防性维护措施和技术根本原因调查/分析

4.Support to Implement high-level product failure troubleshooting and diagnosis to drive product quality continuous improvement, SCM test technician training on advanced level TST

支持实施高水平的产品故障排除和诊断，以推动产品质量的持续改进，对供应链测试技术员进行高级TST培训

5.Drive continuous improvement on SCM testing engineering to improve test system/fixture stability, utilization and effectiveness, monitoring spare parts strategy, shaping testing operation and repair standard work

推动SCM测试工程的持续改进，以提高测试系统/夹具的稳定性、利用率和有效性，监控备件策略，制定测试操作和维修标准工作

Education and Experience:

1.Bachelor’s degree for science or technology education, major in Electronic or Electrical Engineer

理工类本科院校，电子或者电气工程专业毕业

2.Good knowledge in System testing technologies and test equipment knowledge of analogue and digital measurement technology and the used measurement equipment ；

熟悉系统测试技术和测试设备，熟悉模拟和数字测量技术以及常用的测量设备;

3.Good knowledge of testing dev. SW, Good knowledge in hardware design/diagnosis

o Testing dev. SW tools (C, LabVIEW...)

o Advanced troubleshooting skills on electronic matter testing

o Testing adapter design and enable

良好的测试开发软件知识，良好的硬件设计/诊断知识

o 测试开发软件工具(C, LabVIEW…)

o 电子问题测试的高级故障排除技能

o 测试适配器的设计和启用

4.Good knowledge in either automated production test or Hw design validation in labs Knowledge in schematic reading and function block of sub system and system；

熟悉自动化生产测试或实验室硬件设计验证，了解各子系统和系统的原理图阅读和功能模块;

5. Knowledge on electronic product hardware/software ;Strong learning capability to new technology；

熟悉电子产品硬件/软件，对新技术有较强的学习能力;

6. Good bilingual(Chinese &English) written and verbal communication skills required ；

良好的中英文双语书面和口语沟通能力
